Loving my new shell! Great look, lots of useful pockets!
Unfortunately this jacket is too long for me. I am 5’1” and the jacket was so long it would prevent me from comfortably moving my legs. There are many features I really liked but overall I could not wear it. Someone who is at least 5’4” would love this jacket!
I have a large bust (38 D) and short torso (I'm 5'2") and the Medium fits great! I'm usually stuck buying a large to accommodate my bust and layering and then I'm stuck with sleeves and length that are too long. So I was very happy to be able to have a medium that fits my bust and is the right length. I wear nothing but a shell and this is the first non Gortex shell I've purchased and so far the Strafe tech compares very well. Well worth the money for the design, fit, and quality. It's early in the season so we will have to see how it holds up in the New England cold.
I love my jacket!
I've spent a lot of wasted money on ski jackets and love love love this one! It blocks the wind very well and if your all layered up keeps the heat it. I also wear it running/walking in the cold wet weather in the Spring/Fall. I've had it for about a year and it still looks brand new with all the use it's gotten. Money well spent!
Thanks for the review, Liz!
