United StatesTried several times in the last month and a half to reach customer service at Strafe but no one reached out. Ended up sending the W’s Sickbird #L Shell suit back rather than doing an exchange because no one called me back. Would have loved to do the exchange on line but the QR code was not working. Customer service apparently is non-existent. Very unfortunate because I REALLY wanted the suit!!

United StatesAbsolutely a 10/10 with the Sickbird. Fit is spot on, Recon fabric is like no other and the warmth factor in a shell design is surprising and incredible. Wearing a med weight base was not bulky at all underneath. The suspenders built in kept the layers in place and honestly made it simple for Apres Ski!
