ORDERING & PAYMENT

Strafe currently accepts all credit cards. Place orders right here on our site, OR visit your local retailer.

 

SHIPPING

Orders are usually delivered in 2-3 business days. You can also choose a faster delivery method for your order, for an additional fee. You can opt for Express Shipping before checkout. All shipments are fully insured. Air Shipment to P.O. boxes is not possible. We will send you an email confirming the carrier’s details and the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

 

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our priority. You may return your merchandise purchased from the Strafe website for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.  All returns must be in the original packaging and in perfect resalable condition.

 

WARRANTY

Our products are warranted to the original purchaser for two years from the release date against any defect in materials and workmanship. We’ll repair or replace at our option, any Strafe products found to be defective and exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. We can’t warranty products bought on sale or closeout, but we’ll work with you to get into something new.
