Made with our extremely durable and weatherproof Recon Elite 3L 4-way stretch fabric for the best in protection and mobility, the Capitol is a high-performance hardshell pant with all the advantages of a softshell. For ultimate freedom during your mountain pursuit, the Capitol is the only option.

  • Extremely durable (200,000+ Martindale) and 4-way stretch face fabric provides reliability, garment longevity, and uninhibited mobility.

  • Oversized hand pockets with one interior mesh electronics sleeve. Plus zippered back and lower cargo pocket.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

With proper garment care, you'll see longer and better performance from your product. Follow the instructions below to wash and store. 

  • Machine wash in cold water 60°F (15°C).
  • Use a detergent that is specifically made for waterproof outerwear, down, or activewear, respective to the garment you are washing.
  • Open pocket zippers, close all other zippers, and loosen any draw-cords.
  • Hang to dry.
  • To reinvigorate the DWR (durable water repellent) finish, briefly tumble dry on low heat.
  • Do not use fabric softener. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
  • Do not wash waterproof outerwear in hot water or dry on high, you will damage the membrane and seam tape.
