One of the lightest synthetic insulated jackets on the market, the Ultralight Aero Insulator uses space-age Primaloft® Gold Insulation with Cross Core™ insulation and our lightweight 100% recycled 10D nylon fabric for an impressive warmth-to-weight ratio without sacrificing features or durability. Removing the exterior quilted channels increases loft and traps warm air, providing thermal protection when you need it most. This is our go-to insulator style for light and fast missions.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

With proper garment care, you'll see longer and better performance from your product. Follow the instructions below to wash and store. 

  • Machine wash in cold water 60°F (15°C).
  • Use a detergent that is specifically made for waterproof outerwear, down, or activewear, respective to the garment you are washing.
  • Open pocket zippers, close all other zippers, and loosen any draw-cords.
  • Hang to dry.
  • To reinvigorate the DWR (durable water repellent) finish, briefly tumble dry on low heat.
  • Do not use fabric softener. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
  • Do not wash waterproof outerwear in hot water or dry on high, you will damage the membrane and seam tape.
