We understand that the product you ordered might not be what you expected or you're looking for something different.
We can accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
- Closeout items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Final sale items will be clearly marked.
- Items must have hang tags on and be returned in original packaging.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items must be in perfect resalable condition with no visible signs of wear or use.
- Refunds for store credit are issued as a digital gift card.
- There is no fee for returns and exchanges.
- The customer is responsible for shipping.
- If you wish to exchange your item, please place a new order on the site and follow the instructions below for a return for refund. This is the fastest and easiest way to ensure you get your desired item and receive it in a timely manner.
