The Recon Pant provides streamlined functionality for high-intensity ski touring and training. Designed by John Gaston for day-after-day training comfort and performance, the updated Recon features a new cooling fabric, a refined slimmer fit and waist, and new features like stirrup grommets and optional, reinforced walk-mode lever openings to ensure boot compatibility. Imagine ski touring in your lightest, most comfortable yoga or hiking pants, then add thoughtful details for ski touring and voilà, the Recon Pant ticks all the boxes.

The Recon is modeled on a unisex size grade with considerations for women.

Air-permeable and cooling 4-way stretch soft-shell fabric.
Gusseted crotch & exaggerated knee articulation for improved mobility.
DWR (durable water repellent) finish provides light weather protection.
Concealed hamstring vents for warmer days.
Oversized zippered hand pockets with two interior mesh electronics sleeves.
Simplistic, built-in belt with webbing & hook waist adjustment.
Interior waistband elastic for improved fit.
Walk-mode reinforcement at back leg with optional walk-mode cut-out.
Grommets at hem for bungee cord stirrups (bungee cords included).
Water resistant and reliable YKK® Coil zippers and snaps.
Schoeller® Keprotec Kevlar reinforcement at hem cuffs.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

With proper garment care, you'll see longer and better performance from your product. Follow the instructions below to wash and store.

Machine wash in cold water 60°F (15°C).
Use a detergent that is specifically made for waterproof outerwear, down, or activewear, respective to the garment you are washing.
Open pocket zippers, close all other zippers, and loosen any draw-cords.
Hang to dry.
To reinvigorate the DWR (durable water repellent) finish, briefly tumble dry on low heat.
Do not use fabric softener. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
Do not wash waterproof outerwear in hot water or dry on high, you will damage the membrane and seam tape.
