Pertex® has been creating innovative fabrics since 1979. Specializing in very fine yarns, Pertex® is distinctive for its lightweight, packable qualities, and for its softness and quietness. Pertex® originated in the UK and their fabrics are now woven in Japan for access to the most highly specialized yarn spinning and weaving technologies. Our first design with Pertex® materials, the Scout Jacket, features Pertex® Shield 2.5L.

Pertex® Quantum DIAMOND FUSE NetPlus®

For static activities where maintaining body heat is key and dynamic activities in very cold conditions.

Pertex® Quantum uses a tightly woven structure to provide a light and soft downproof fabric that allows insulation to fully loft, providing both comfort and enhanced thermal performance. In addition, Pertex® Diamond Fuse filaments have a uniquely engineered rhomboid form, providing significantly increased durability to the fabric.

Precisely constructed from incredibly fine yarns, Pertex® Quantum fabrics are designed to trap still air and improve the efficiency of insulation. A durable water repellent (DWR) finish sheds light rain and snow to provide additional weather protection.

NetPlus®

NetPlus® materials are made from 100% post consumer recycled fishing nets, supporting cleaner communities and oceans by diverting an existing waste stream. By replacing new plastics with post-consumer recycled NetPlus® fishing nets, we are able to prevent harmful waste from entering the environment and reduce the need to extract fossil fuels.
